Jo Schlemper

I am a machine learning researcher interested in applying machine learning techniques to inverse problems and medical imaging.

Currently I lead the AI team at Hyperfine. Our team develops and productizes machine learning algorithms that can improve image quality and provide accurate, timely diagnoses for Swoop – a portable MRI machine.

Prior to joining Hyperfine, I completed my PhD in Computer Science at BioMedIA, Imperial College London under the supervision of Prof. Daniel Rueckert and Prof. Jo V. Hajnal. I also spent one summer as an intern at Twitter, UK, working with Joost and Jose.
